regulate.fun is an independent, community-run reputation service for Solana memecoins. It is not a government agency, regulator, court or law-enforcement body and has no legal authority over anyone. "Cases", "charges", "prosecution" and "fines" are names for our on-chain reputation process.

Paying a fine is voluntary. It changes a wallet's standing on regulate.fun and nothing else. Payments are final; restitution to victims depends on fines actually being paid and on on-chain verification of losses, and is never guaranteed.

Audits and risk scores are automated readings of public blockchain data, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not financial advice. Do your own research.

Lockups are held in a custodial escrow wallet operated by regulate.fun and returned to the depositing wallet at the end of the chosen term. By locking tokens you accept that they can't be withdrawn early.

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Filing a knowingly false complaint is grounds for dismissal and stays on your record.
