🏛 volunteer with the commission
regulate.fun is run by its community. Volunteers moderate the social accounts of coins the commission administers, keep our channels free of scams, research cases and help victims. Experienced traders can apply to join the commission and decide cases. Volunteering is unpaid, and you act for the commission only in the role you're given.

code of conduct
- Never ask anyone for money, keys or seed phrases. Don't DM people first about funds, and never promote a token, presale, migration or airdrop. The commission never runs one.
- Disclose your holdings. Tell the commission what you hold in any coin you moderate, and keep it updated.
- No trading on what you know. Don't trade on cases, handovers, votes or anything else the commission hasn't published yet.
- Speak within your role. Official decisions are what the commission publishes on regulate.fun. Don't promise outcomes, fines or payouts.
- Keep access safe. Use two-factor authentication, never share logins, and hand everything back when you stop.
- Keep private things private. Defendant correspondence, open offers and applicants' details stay inside the commission.
Breaking it ends your role, and the commission takes back any accounts you run. Anything you do as a volunteer can be reviewed.

⚖️ apply to the commission
Commission members review open cases and vote to charge or dismiss. It is the most trusted role here, so it has requirements, and both are checked on-chain from your wallet:
- 2+ years trading memecoins. Your wallet signed a memecoin trade more than 2 years ago.
- A clean wallet. No cases against it (charged, settled or open), no flags (dev dumps, bundling, sniping, funds from charged dumpers) and reputation no lower than where every wallet starts.
Members also follow the code of conduct, step aside from any case they have a stake in, and keep the commission's deliberations confidential.
Signing in is free and is not a transaction.
