🎯 bounties
get dumpers to pay. get paid.
The top 10 wallets on Most Wanted have bounties on them. When one pays its fines, 3.5% of what it pays goes to the hunters who pressured it. Whoever reports a dump first gets paid too: 2.5% of the fine goes to the informants. Every reward comes out of regulate.fun's 10% cut. Victims still get 90%.
how the hunt works
- joinOpen a bounty and join the hunt with your wallet. You get a personal link to the wallet's WANTED poster.
- pressureCall the wallet out in public: reply to its dev, post in the coin's chat, share the poster. Put each post on the record as a notice (up to 3 per bounty).
- collarIf the fine is paid from a browser that opened your link, you take half the bounty.
- shareThe other half is split among hunters who served notice before the payment, earliest first. With no collar, they share all of it.
A bounty is posted when a wallet enters the top 10 by fines owed, and stays up until it has nothing left to pay, even if it slips down the list. The bounty grows if the wallet is charged again. Rewards are held until the case's 14-day restitution claim period closes, checked for links to the defendant, then paid in SOL alongside victims' restitution. Rewards under $1 aren't sent.
informant rewards: report dumps first
- reportSpot a dump? File a complaint against the wallet. You don't have to be a victim.
- confirmThe complaint opens a case, and investigators replay the wallet's trades on-chain. If it meets the dump rules, or the commission confirms a rug or scam, the wallet is charged.
- collectWhen the fine is paid, 2.5% of it goes to the informants: half to the first to report, the rest shared by up to 4 more who complained before the charge.
Only cases opened by a complaint pay informant rewards. Surveillance cases don't, because nobody tipped them off. If you lost money yourself, you're also a victim, and you get restitution on top.
report a dumprules of the hunt
breaking them voids your share; notices that break them are removed- Pressure in public, on the record: posts that link the wallet's case or WANTED poster.
- No threats, no harassment, no doxxing. Never post or go looking for anyone's name, address, employer, family or other personal details.
- Don't pose as the commission or speak for it. You are a member of the public pointing at a public record.
- Don't spam: three notices per bounty is the limit, and more posts don't earn a bigger share.
- No self-dealing. Rewards to wallets linked to the defendant are voided.
regulate.fun never pays for anyone's real-world identity. Bounties reward public pressure on a public on-chain record, nothing else. Rewards are discretionary and depend on the fine actually being paid. Policy §6A.
