A pump fun coin can list any X account it likes, and dumpers often list big accounts or strangers to borrow their trust. We treat every listed link as a claim. An account is confirmed only with proof it controls the coin: it posted the coin's address before the coin existed, or within 2 minutes of launch while the coin names it, or first on several coins by the same dev. A listed account that never posted the coin is marked likely fake. We link public accounts used to promote a coin, never anyone's personal details (Policy §12A).
